There are exceptions, but we do our best to keep all of our prices updated and accurate.
RESIDENTIAL TROUBLESHOOTING
$340 - 750
We would estimate that 95 percent of our troubleshooting service calls are in the $340 - $750 range. This includes locating the issue and making the appropriate repairs.
NEW RECEPTACLE
$340 - $750
Depending on location and access, adding a new receptacle inside your home can be simple or quite complicated. For example, adding a receptacle for a wall-mounted TV would usually be an investment of $340 while something that requires a new circuit (think space heater or window AC unit), would be closer to $750. Feel free to contact us for a more accurate number based on your situation.
NEW RECESSED LIGHTING
$850+
Interested in revamping your existing living space? We can provide and install recessed LED lighting, allowing you to see better when needed, and also having the ability to dim your new lighting to accomodate whatever mood you are in at the time.
INSTALL CEILING FAN
$340 - 425
We can install a new ceiling fan for you. Standard height ceilings would be approximately $340 for a single fan, while taller ceilings (over 11') can run closer to $425. Do keep in mind that if we are installing multiple fans, the install cost per fan will be less.
INSTALL CEILING FAN & ADD FAN RATED BOX
$550 - $635
If your existing box is not fan-rated, we would have to add the appropriate fan rated box to be code-compliant and safe for your family and loved ones. Ceiling height will be the deciding factor here, as taller ceilings are more labor intensive and complicated.
ADD ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV) RECEPTACLE
$750 - $1,500
Need a way to charge that new Tesla? Or maybe you purchased another company's latest electric vehicle? We can add a 50 amp receptacle in your garage for you to charge your new ride. A receptacle installed directly below or immediately next to your electrical panel would run $750, while if your panel is in another location (such as another side of the garage or in the basement), can be in the $1,000 - $1,500 range.
ADD GENERATOR INLET - (PORTABLE GENERATOR HOOKUP)
$750 - $1,500
Don't want to be without power again like during Hurricane Helene? Get a portable generator hooked up to your house! We can assist with a 30 or 50 amp generator inlet, giving you the ability to run essentials such as your refrigerator, freezer, lights, and other light electrical loads, or if you have a large generator (such as a 10-12,000 watt) you are able to run almost everything in your home. Don't be without power during the next outage!
200A RESIDENTIAL SERVICE UPGRADE
$2,750+
If your home has an outdated 100 amp service, allow us to update it. We would pull all necessary permits and replace your meter base with a brand new meter/panel combo, updated grounding, and update the service entrance wires. Your service will be all set up and would allow you to add energy-hungry devices and appliances (such as hot tubs and swimming pools) for years to come.
